Rich Mazelsky is a highly experienced senior executive with 29 years of leading and directing business development, operations and recruiting best practices within the staffing industry. He is a dynamic professional and motivator who understands the methodology and platforms necessary to establish and grow successful people and businesses. Mr. Mazelsky’s has a unique talent to develop an effective strategy for the company by leveraging the strengths of the platform and its people. He has been resourceful in working within a variety of different environments ranging from a more stable national footprint to local and regional organizations where processes and systems are less well developed.

After over two decades in the staffing industry where he held leadership roles at Adecco, Kelly Services and Spherion and served as the President for two privately held and one publically held company, he decided to found Talent Resources, an Executive search and recruitment organization dedicated to the staffing industry .

As a hiring manager and a leader of numerous organizations, he attributes much of his success to having very strong, solid people that he had the privilege to work with. His belief is that high performing organizations start with high performing people and his success was a direct result of this philosophy.

Reyyan Ozdil has been in the staffing industry for nearly 20 years. She has built her career from the ground up starting at the desk and risen up though the ranks to VP of Service and Operations. She has been successful as a Recruiter, Business Development Manager, a Director as well as VP building strong revenue generating and loyal teams. .

Starting as a Staffing Supervisor with Sparks, with focus on administrative and light industrial business, her career took a strong turn when she accepted a failing branch and turned it around within a year working solo in the office performing all duties including interviewing, payroll, sales and all administrative duties. She was promoted to Operations Manager where she stopped the tide of turnover and with solid revenue growth put the branch back on the map.

She was recruited to InfoCurrent as Operations Manager to assist in national expansion of a niche staffing with focus on Information Management. She was tasked to manage two established branches (DC and NYC) initially along with assisting in growth of the new offices in Boston and Chicago. Her ability to implement a team environment and to build productive/profitable teams especially within recruiting was recognized and she was not only promoted to VP of Service and Operations but was also integral in opening five more offices nationally during her tenure.

From InfoCurrent, Reyyan was hired at Proposal Development Consultants, another niche staffing firm that specialized in Proposal Professionals mainly for the federal government. In her role as Director of Operations, she was tasked to expand the niche within DC as well as build a recruiting team and assist in installing procedures and policies that would streamline the current system. She also was integral in launching a new office for the firm in Atlanta.

She innately loves helping people succeed and has been successful in helping numerous staffing industry professionals find their next career opportunity.


Joined Talent Resources as an Associate Recruiter in 2011. Her passion is networking with staffing professionals, primarily in the IT vertical, helping them identify new roles to move them to the next step along their career path. She connects top-notch staffing talent with TR clients for sales, recruiting and management roles nationwide.

Prior to joining TR, she was the Director of Business Development for Douglas Consulting & Computer Services, Inc, responsible for all BD and proposal management activities. From 1999 through mid-2009 Deborah worked with InfoCurrent Information Management Staffing (part of Corestaff) for ten years as recruiting and sales manager for the Washington, DC office. There she developed new business within the private and federal sector and matched candidates across the US and Canada.

In addition to her BD and PM experience, Deborah possesses 18 years of library experience including seven years managing a technical library for a not-for-profit defense contractor. She holds a BS in Information Management Studies and a MS in Library Science (MLS) from the University of Maryland.
